This group combines a space to share, explore and be supported along with an opening and closing meditation.

For those that would prefer one to one support, counselling, coaching sessions these are available too.
During this time there is no charge for any of the above, if you are in a position to and wish to offer a donation for the session(s) it will be greatly appreciated however it is not necessary… your presence is precious enough, the real value is in us connecting.

David offers an open supportive space, an ear to listen, lovingly question and gently guide in a practical down to earth manner as we live this life.
His approach is not about trying to create the perfect person but in supporting you to discover the perfection that you already are.
